What is this?
The TAAA Member Planet Apparel Service provides (1) unlimited access to the entire website catalog from which TAAA members may order apparel with the TAAA logo and (2) an apparel order-by- mail service for TAAA members.
The TAAA Member Apparel Service allows members total leisurely access to the website catalog at any time. Members may also print out an order form, fill it out, compute the amount due, and prepare a payment – all at home at their own pace.
The order form provided may be completed and turned in at the Apparel Table at the monthly meeting or by email to taaa-sales@tucsonastronomy.org. Payment methods available at the monthly meetings will continue to include: cash, check, or credit card. (The TAAA Treasurer will continue to take credit card payments for apparel orders at the monthly meeting when arranged through the Apparel Table.)
In addition, an order from the catalog may be placed by mail (enclosing a check for the total amount due with an order form) at any time. Mail orders are sent to TAAA Apparel, P.O. Box 41254 Tucson, AZ 85717. After receipt of the completed order form and amount due, the TAAA Apparel Coordinator will place the order with our vendor.
Steps in Using the TAAA Member Planet Apparel Service
- Review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) below.
- Access the current catalogue of available apparel with a TAAA logo by clicking Company Casuals.
- Select the item(s) you wish to order, keeping track of their location.
- Print the TAAA Apparel Order Form.
- Complete the TAAA Apparel Order Form by filling in the data from the catalog and computing the total amount due, according to the instructions on the form.
- Deliver the completed order form to the Apparel Table at the TAAA Monthly Meeting or mail the form to the address provided on the order form, or email the form to taaa-sales@tucsonastromomy.org
- Make payment of the total on the order form at the Monthly Meeting, or mail the payment with the form to the address provided the order form, or remit the total to TAAA by Zelle to the address Treasurer@tucsonastronomy.org.
