(Almost) Total Lunar Eclipse Viewing at Flandrau Planetarium

An Almost (96%) Total Lunar Eclipse will be visible in Tucson and surrounding areas the evening of August 27th, barring any cloud cover. The partial Eclipse begins 6:45 PM (Moonrise Tucson Time), Maximum eclipse at 9:12 PM (Tucson Time), Eclipse ends at 12:01 AM. Moonrise is in the ESE @102°
