Join us for the Holidays for an observing session at our Chiricahua Astronomy Complex (CAC), about a two-hour drive Southeast of Tucson near the Chiricahua mountains. This Holiday season, our event is scheduled for Saturday December 27, 2025 from 6 – 8 pm. Please arrive by 5:30 pm. Gate will be open at 5 pm. You will be able to observe in a small group setting under some dark skies using one or more of our large telescopes. Although this year, there will be a small First Quarter Moon. Reservations (using the below form) are required. Fee is $25/youth 15 and under and $50/adult 16 and over. Within 24 hours of your reservation submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email and a link to pay via PayPal or Credit card. Fee is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance or if we have weather issues the day of the event. This is a great family fun event to celebrate with out-of-town guests or family or if you are a resident of Southern Arizona. For any questions, please email stargazing[at]tucsonastronomy.org.
