Astronomy Day (Solar & Evening Telescope Observing)

Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association will have Solar & Evening Telescopes to view the Sun and other Celestial Wonders of the Night Sky. We will also have interactive exhibits to explore various astronomy subjects. Experts will also be available to assist amateur Astronomers with using their own equipment.
Observing & Interactive Exhibits will be at Ramada A and the large Grass Area.

Solar Observing: Noon – 6:30 pm

Make your own impact crater
Learn about meteorites
50mm Telescope-Door Prize (must be present to win) 7 pm
Walk Around The Night Sky Presentation 7:30 pm
