Chiricahua Astronomy Complex (CAC) Reservations

Welcome to the CAC Registration page. We hope that you fully enjoy your CAC experience. We apologize for the time it will take to complete your registration, but hope that your enjoyment of CAC will make up for the inconvenience.

How It Works

1. Membership Requirement and Responsibility: You must be a TAAA member in good standing to reserve space at CAC, and you must make a reservation before going to CAC. You should note that at CAC you, as the member making the reservation, will be responsible both for yourself and for anyone else you include on your reservation.

2. Unique URL link: After making a reservation, you will receive an email containing a temporary URL that you may use to change or cancel your reservation. It will also enable you to enter a comment after your visit. The link will expire one week after the conclusion of your visit to CAC.

3. Cancellations: Cancellations are required at least 6 hours before the start of an event!

4. User Policies: You must read, understand and agree to the CAC User Policies. Without your agreement, the required reservation will not be made for you.

5. Special Note For RV and Camper Space Reservations Only: RV and Camper Spaces have pre-established times of availability. When you reserve a RV or Camper space, you may NOT occupy that space until 12:00 Noon on the date of your reservation. Your reservation for the RV/camper space will span overnight and will expire the following day at 11:30 AM. Be sure to make reservations for the correct number of days. You must vacate your RV/Camper Space by 11:30 AM the day your reservation expires in order that CAC facility personnel may conduct any needed activity in the space prior to the next available reservation slot at 12:00 Noon that day.
